ytd trng i was so unlucky....just shootin balls will also fall down!the court is so slippery with algae tt i just slipped and fell.one big blueblack on my right knee and i landed on the side of my left knee.after tt felt my left knee very painful...but after a while it's ok.ltr continuing to shoot,i hurt my thumb as i wanted to catch the ball.the ball just hit my thumb and when i tried to bend it it shaked....so damn suai....ltr when i went home, i started to feel my knee was getting more painful...tt i hardly can stretch my whole leg completely!today when i woke up,my knee was even worse,when i bend,i can hardly stretch it, when i stretch, it cant bend as i feel a sharp pain at the side of my knee...yet i tried to find the place where it hurts,i couldnt find it.then i asked my bro abt it,he said mayb i might have injured my bone or sth.but nvm i goin to se a sinseh this sun.if the pain still ocurs i think tml i cant play the match at bedok cc le.sigh i miss a lot of trng and matches liaoz lor.since i hurt my ankle last time....feeling so sad...

christmas coming 2 more days le....prepared all the things le tml goin yu hui hse to celebrate and countdown staying overnight whoooo....shiok

today we played against TP.this game is the firs game after i injue my ankle.wah their sch is so big lah then we had to walk around their sch till we reached their sports complex.when we were playing our game, the TP students were cheering and having their dunno what thing goin on...makin us hard to concentrate.the whole game i jus rmbed tt i foul the no 9 until we both fall down.she was doin her lay up then i go bang her then we 'fly' out of the court.tt time very scared of my ankle too.and also there is 1 lay up actually i can go the way also dunno why stupid me go and pass the ball to eunice beside me.kana scolded by coach too.today we were all scolded by coach very badly.also dunno the reason besides makin mistakes. we lost to them by 2 pts.after the game we had to do single suicides.each person ten times.long time nv run liao...after tt we went to eat sakae at century square.still rmb last time compete untill want to vomit. this time also....we split...sec2s one side sec3s the other table.then we ate as much as we could..starting ate a lot and the plates are stacked up..the waiters kept askin us whether they can take away the plates we kept saying later...later....haha..until we finally go and count the no of plates then we allowed them to take the plates away... by 530 we full iaoz...we ate 73 plates but not sure how much the seniors ate...yet when i go home i can still eat steamboat...superb me...also dunno why go home le jiu hungry..like tt sure get fat 1....

finally today started to play ball liaoz.run sch as usual but coach didn giv timing so gd.yet i brought a small watchwith me.at firs i ran with joey for two rounds plus then slowly i slow down.then cassan and clarissa ran past me.ltr ran with yu hui so happy for my timing from a few weeks ago de timing till now i got improve.last timeis 33 :29 now is 30:19.must continue like this jiayou!

long time nv touch my blog liaoz.......wah sian lor....today so suai..play match with macpherson at geylang serai cc then haven even play for 5 min jiu injure my ankle ler. dun know which stupid zhu jiao step out when i jump up to shoot.so when i land i lose balnce as i step on the zhu jiao.i heard my ankle crack 3 times and is cao painfull de first time injure my ankle.after tt i jus sit outside of the court and watch the game.after game i take out my shoes and saw my ankle slightly blueblack. go home tt time hardly can walk thn a little swell and blueblack. today is xurui brthday.be4match in the morning,went to xr hse to celebrate.me and shi yun bought a mushroom lamp for her which i also bought for SY for her 15th birthday.i crazy right she still got 8 months be4 her birthday yet i already gav her de present.morning went serangoon central tobuy snacks and stuff.after tt go back xr hse to play.we sat in xr room and talked with the rgs ppl.at first very gan ga after we talked a lot. jus rmb 1 called yi tian. ltr at noon we went central again to collect cake.after tt go back again.talk talk eat eat until 330.then eat cake too bad didn take photos.is tiramisu then i went to meet clara go geylang serai.when we reach the cc i feelin sian and no xin qing to play indeed injure my ankle....haix bad day

today bball barbecue in sch so excited after the morning session trng me yimei went to yuhui hse to prepare the stuffs for barbecue.we cookin two dishes both potatoes dishes.one is the fried potato balls and he other one is baked cheese potatoes.the fried one at first we squash the whole potatoes and then mix with black pepper,sotong and onions(chopped).after tt we fry them.the other one is cut the potatoes into small cubes and mix with milk thn cook till the potatoes are soft.then we put them into the aluminium tray ad put cheese on top after tt we put into oven and bake.the fried potato balls are so nice tt we kept eating.ltr we called up coach to fetch us to sch.at around 7 we finally started the barbecue. me and the sec ones kept barbecueing chicken wings and hotdogs after tt we went to play ball i also dunno why everytime barbecue go play ball will not stop until the barbecue is goin to end by the time the barbecue ended i haven even start eating my stuffs so bad actually wanted to try out the stingray 1 yet no chance to eat.so sad.today is angmoh and julia's birthday we also celebrate.thn the seniors started to play with charcoal they went around making ppl's faces till the face all dirty.thn the left over food tt we nv manage to finish.we shoot free throw if miss eat if shoot in thn you can tell 1 person to helpeat.baoxian so suai eat the whole bowl of fried rice lol.so fun playing
